MEDIA RELEASE – Adam Simmons & Arcko ensemble: Travelling Tales

Musical wunderkind Adam Simmons will perform the Melbourne premiere of Travelling Tales with the Arcko Ensemble, a world-class 20-piece string orchestra.
Simmons composed and first performed this stunning suite for the 2013 Piraeus Festival in Athens, Greece, with Intrarti Orchestra. Travelling Tales is influenced by Simmons’ worldwide travels, love of Japanese shakuhachi music, and profound belief in the usefulness of art.
